Can you get me in without breaking the lock?
Most standard knob locks and deadbolts can be opened without damage. Drilling is only for high-security locks or a lock that is already broken, and we get your OK first.
What do I need to prove I live there?
A photo ID that shows the address, or a lease, utility bill or mail with your name and address. If those are inside, we check them once the door is open, before we leave.
I rent near MSU or Sheppard. Should I call my landlord first?
If your landlord or property manager can let you in quickly, that is often the cheapest option. If they can’t be reached, we can open the door once you show your lease or ID with the address.
I lost my keys. Should I change the locks?
