These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 247uslocksmith.com (the “Site”) and any locksmith service you request through it or by calling Locksmith Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

Emergencies come first

If anyone’s life or safety is at risk, including a child or pet locked inside a vehicle, call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a locksmith.

Service requests and quotes

• Quotes given by phone are based on the information you provide. If the job turns out to be different on site, such as a different lock type or a damaged cylinder, the technician will explain the change and get your approval before doing extra work.
• After-hours, weekend and holiday service may cost more. Any such charge is included in the quote you receive.
• Arrival times are estimates and can change due to traffic, weather or other calls.

Proof of ownership

Before opening, rekeying or making keys for any property or vehicle, we require reasonable proof that you own it or are authorized to access it, such as a photo ID with a matching address, a lease, or a vehicle registration. We may refuse or stop any job if ownership or authorization cannot be confirmed.

Who performs the work

Service may be performed by Locksmith Pros or by an independent locksmith company we work with. Every locksmith who performs work must hold a license from the Texas Department of Public Safety. You can ask any technician to show their DPS-issued security card.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing. You will receive a receipt for every job.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
